Ticket purchased online via our website (www.brest2020.fr)

Whether it be entry passes (1 day, 2 days, 3 days) or boarding passes for sea trips (traditional sailing boats and motorboats), your purchases will be fully and automatically refunded within 30 days.
The credit cards used to purchase your tickets will be credited.

Ticket purchased at the official Brest 2020 ticket office and the Brest Métropole tourist office

If you purchased a ticket at one of these two physical sales outlet, you can request a refund of your order via the online form available in the link below :

The request for reimbursement must be made for each order.
If you do not have the possibility to fill out the form online, you can download the form and send it by post to the following address: Brest Événements Nautiques, 165 Quai Éric Tabarly, 29200 Brest.
Please note that as the processing of these requests is manual, the reimbursement period will be extended. Rest assured that the event organiser will process your request as soon as possible.

Ticket purchased online via the France Billet chains (e.g. Fnac, Carrefour, Géant, Hyper U)

If you provided an email address at the time of your purchase, you will be contacted by the distributor for refund terms and conditions.
If you purchased your tickets at a physical sales outlet and did not provide an email address, we invite you to present yourself or contact the relevant sales outlet with your tickets to obtain a refund.
